HI..

I'm working on SPS 2003 where I have many number of

team sites.I have some users who are members of more

than three team sites.
I want to create a "Documents pending my approval"

WebPart. It should display all the documents that are

pending for approval from all the team sites that a user is

member of.
I have been using Nintex smart libray for the approval

process. But it gives documents that are pending only from

one team site and it's subsites.
But I want it from different team sites(more than there team

sites.) and also their subsites. The webpart should list all the documents that are pending for approval for a specific user.

I hope I'm clear with my question..
Any solutions to this..??

Thanxs...

Chad

Hi. Are all of the team sites part of the same site collection?

Hi All,
I managed to find a solution for this. I don't know if it is the best. From this,

http://www.codeplex.com/doclibutils

I modified the source code and managed to get any items, from any list, as long as they are for that user. The function receives at least one portal URL, and will use impersonation to get all items/documents for that user.

In short, it is just one additional loop and custom changes to the code (and removing unwanted parts).

Due to company policy, I cannot publish the source code here. But feel free to drop me an email and I will be glad to assist with more details.

The function receives a list name as well, and will get items from that list
